Dr. Ife Ojugbeli
MD, MBA, CPE, Dipl. ABOM
Dr. Ife Ojugbeli is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of American Board of Obesity Medicine, and a certified Life Coach. He graduated from the University of Lagos College of Medicine in Nigeria in 1988, and served one year in the Nigerian National Youth Service Corp in 1989.
From 1990-1993 he worked in Emergency Medicine in Trinidad and Tobago. He subsequently completed his residency in Internal Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. He was recognized as the most outstanding resident during his second year and served as a 4th year Chief Resident. He served in the Hospital Executive Committee and Patient Education Committee of Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn from 1995 to 1997.
Dr. Ife received his M.B.A. diploma from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, and Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certification by the Certifying Commission in Medical Management.
He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Crouse Health Network. Dr. Ife Ojugbeli was a member of Transition Working Group for Crouse Clinical Integrated Network from 2014-2016, and has previously served in the Chittenango Rotary Club.

Dr. Ojugbeli believes that you can live a life of vitality into your 100s. In his career of over 30 years in three different countries, he has encountered a diversity of human problems and promise. He believes that the current epidemic of obesity and chronic diseases is a major threat to human possibilities. That is why he has dedicated his professional life to helping his patients lose weight and create health rather than just treat diseases.
He enjoys running and has completed multiple races, including the famous Boiler Maker and the Empire State marathon. He is married to a wonderful wife and blessed with six amazing kids and two grandchildren (and counting).
Jessica Dlugolecki
MSN, FNP-C
Jessica is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Nursing from Upstate Medical University. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Jessica worked as a Registered Nurse in the Syracuse area hospital systems for 10 years. While working as a Registered Nurse, Jessica obtained her certification in medical surgical nursing. During her continued studies to become a Nurse Practitioner, she was a recipient of the ANEW grant which focused on providing healthcare to patients in under-served and rural communities.
Jessica’s goals as a practitioner are to create a patient centered treatment plan for the best physical and mental health possible. She strives to provide healthcare that supports the patient’s goals. Jessica will work with her patients to create treatment plans that focus on health as a whole and not just medications.
Roberta Countryman
NP
Roberta Countryman is certified Nurse Practitioner with a graduate degree from Le Moyne College for Family Nurse Pracitioner in 2021 and Walden University for Leadership and Management in 2015.
From 2010 – 2022 she worked as a registered nurse in a variety of capaciities from acute care to clinic to case management. She was able to find her love for nursing when she decided to go to school for registered dietician in 2008 and needed an alternative path to the RD degree. Her passion for fitness and nutrition has been present since going to college and trying to avoid the freshman 15 ofen referred to when beginning a four year degree path. It was with this goal in mind that she began to work out, eat healthy and learn about how those two actions combine for a healthy weight and body.
Roberta’s first job as a nurse practitioner has been with Kudos where she has been able to fit her love of health and nutrition with her love for nursing. Roberta enjoys fitness herself and has experienced gym fitness to running and kickboxing. She finds that an active lifestyle is helpful for, not only a healthy body, but also a healthy mind.
Midzy Lysius
BA, MSN, FNP-C
Midzy is a board-certified nurse practitioner servicing the Central New York community with compassion. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Brooklyn College in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica College in 2014. She went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Nursing from Upstate Medical University in 2018. She has been a registered nurse since 2014.
Midzy loves caring for her community and looks forward to helping her patients achieve their health goals. She believes in creating an inviting environment, fostering hope in patients and their families.
